We accept various payment methods, including Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa. Please ensure your billing details are accurate and up to date.

7. Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of payment confirmation. We’ll also honor your first refund request—no questions asked.

10. Cancellation Policy

We respect the proprietary nature of our materials. All users are granted a single-user license for personal, non-commercial use. How to Cancel Your Subscription: To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and navigate to Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription. Or use cancellation button on the main page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful cancellation. Cancellation requests and refund eligibility are governed by the terms outlined in Section 14 (Billing) of these Terms.

11. Correcting Errors

While we strive for accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. R.O.A.D. ACADEMY AND TRAINING CENTRE LTD reserves the right to correct any mistakes or inaccuracies in service-related information. We are not obligated to make updates unless legally required.

12. Progress Evaluation

We are committed to ongoing improvement. Both the Client and R.O.A.D. ACADEMY AND TRAINING CENTRE LTD will evaluate progress quarterly and take appropriate corrective actions to stay aligned with our shared goals.

13. Warranties Disclaimer

While we aim to deliver high-quality service, R.O.A.D. ACADEMY AND TRAINING CENTRE LTD makes no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free performance. All services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind.

14. Billing

R.O.A.D. ACADEMY AND TRAINING CENTRE LTD is entitled to withhold fulfilment of any order, and to impose restrictions on the amounts purchased per individual, household, or order. The designated payment methods comprise: Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa cards. It is the duty of customers to supply the company with their current, complete and up-to-date billing and account information, and to ensure that this data is updated in a prompt manner as and when required.

Subscription Plans:

Trial Period:

Upon subscribing, customers may opt for a paid trial period of either 3 days or 7 days. During the selected trial period, a charge of €1 per day is applied. This is a transparent, pre-authorised daily charge. The trial period billing runs on a day-to-day basis. Customers explicitly authorise this daily charge at the point of subscription.

At the end of the selected trial period, the subscription will automatically transition to the chosen monthly plan (Pro at €49.99/month, Business at €69.99/month, or Enterprise at €89.99/month), unless cancelled by the customer prior to the end of the trial period.

Recurring €1/Day Charge — Important Information:

The €1 preliminary fee provides access to our services for one (1) day as a trial. This charge recurs daily at €1 per day for the duration of the selected trial period (3 or 7 days). It is not a hidden fee — it is the standard billing cycle during the trial period only. Once the trial period ends, the subscription transitions to the applicable monthly plan and daily charges cease.

Monthly Rebilling:

Following the trial period, subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis according to the selected plan. The recurring monthly charge will be automatically applied to the payment method on file on the same date each month. Customers will be notified by email prior to each renewal.

Subscription Summary:

  • Trial Period: 3 or 7 days at €1 per day (selected at the time of subscription)
  • Post-Trial Billing: Monthly, charged on the same date each month
  • Available Plans: Pro (€49.99/month), Business (€69.99/month), Enterprise (€89.99/month)
  • Cancellation: Available at any time via Account Settings prior to the next billing cycle
  • Cancellation Deadline: Must be completed before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charge
  • Refunds: Available within 14 days of payment confirmation per our Refund Policy

    • The subscription process, once initiated, constitutes the customer's explicit authorisation for R.O.A.D. ACADEMY AND TRAINING CENTRE LTD to debit the chosen payment method for both the initial and subsequent recurring payments, without the obligation to provide prior notice.

    R.O.A.D. ACADEMY AND TRAINING CENTRE LTD may also pre-authorise or process renewal fees in accordance with the rules established by the respective payment networks. Customers may terminate their subscription at any time by utilising the account settings interface as described in Section 10. In such cases, no further charges will be applied following the cancellation becoming valid.

    In the circumstance that a customer submits a request for a refund, R.O.A.D. ACADEMY AND TRAINING CENTRE LTD may, at its sole and absolute discretion, cancel any unused renewal amount and, where applicable, issue a refund to the original payment method. This decision is made in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.

    15. Custom Account Configuration and Service Plans

    In addition to the standard subscription plans publicly displayed on the Website, the Company may offer customized account configurations, enhanced functionality packages, or tailored service plans to selected customers upon direct request and consultation.

    Such customized plans are provided based on the specific business requirements, requested features, implementation scope, onboarding requirements, or other configuration preferences identified during discussions between the Company and the customer.

    Customized service plans, including but not limited to internal pricing tiers designated as €2000, €2500, and €3000, are subject to individualized review and approval by the Company and may involve one-time setup, configuration, onboarding, or implementation fees.

    All fees, charges, and applicable service terms relating to customized plans or configurations shall be disclosed to the customer and expressly agreed upon prior to billing or payment processing. The applicable charges and scope of services shall be reflected in the relevant invoice, order summary, statement of work, or other service documentation provided to the customer.

    By purchasing or approving a customized plan or configuration, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the applicable pricing, services, and implementation scope communicated by the Company prior to payment.
